Well I thought I would try out the fake pumpkins that I bought to see how they held up.  I was a little disappointed.  I took the time to trace on an image of a very detailed haunted house thinking that when I finished I would be able to keep it for years to come.  I unwisely didn’t test to see what the pumpkin could hold up to and I learned that you are unable to scrap away just the top layers leaving a yellow.  Instead you can really only cut out the holes.  Therefore in frustration I decided to make a silly face.  It did have a nice cut and with a candle in it looked quite nice (although there was a sticker that said flammable on it, perhaps I’ll invest in a light).
